Therapy that feels like a real conversation.
Support for professionals in New York who feel like life is living them, and are ready to take back the reins
Get Out of the Spiral and Back Into Your Life.
You may look like you have it all together: accomplished, capable, reliable. Inside, there is a steady loop of “what ifs” replaying conversations, and a body that never fully relaxes, and most people around you would never guess you are anxious. You are still doing it all; you just want to manage the anxiety instead of letting it run the show.
Therapy can help.

ABOUT ME
I´M DR. DIDIA,
Therapy is part of my personal story as well as my profession. Like many of my clients, challenging childhood experiences taught me how important it is to have a space where your thoughts and feelings are met with understanding. This is the kind of space I work to create for every client I meet.
I am not the kind of therapist who hides behind a clipboard. In sessions, I am conversational, approachable, and human. My clients often tell me it feels like we’re “just talking” until they realize something has shifted, and the therapy has already begun.
With advanced training in multiple approaches, we’re not locked into one method or school of thought. Instead, I tailor each session to you, whether that means thought challenging, practical tools, deep exploration of old patterns, or simply creating the space to slow down. In this space, we will move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Ultimately, the goal is to help you heal at the root so you can move forward with more peace, clarity, and freedom.
