Therapy that helps you feel clearer, more grounded, and better able to manage what life throws your way.
Life in New York can feel overwhelming. Between work, relationships, family, and the constant pressure to keep it all together, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself. At Making Meaning Psychology, therapy is a space where you don’t have to “hold it all” alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a life transition, or challenges in your relationships, you’ll find support that is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique story.

Meet Dr. Didia
Therapy is part of my personal story as well as my profession. Like many of my clients, challenging childhood experiences taught me how important it is to have a space where your thoughts and feelings are met with understanding. This is the kind of space I work to create for every client I meet.
I am not the kind of therapist who hides behind a clipboard. In sessions, I am conversational, approachable, and human. My clients often tell me it feels like we’re “just talking” until they realize something has shifted, and the therapy has already begun.
With advanced training in multiple approaches, we’re not locked into one method or school of thought. Instead, I tailor each session to you, whether that means thought challenging, practical tools, deep exploration of old patterns, or simply creating the space to slow down. In this space, we will move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Ultimately, the goal is to help you heal at the root so you can move forward with more peace, clarity, and freedom.
